Please email slide decks to Conference Host, Elyse Fox, by midnight, Saturday June 8th. Power point is the recommended file format, however please notify Elyse if another file format is preferred for your presentation to ensure compliance with local systems.
Please notify conference organizers (listed above) if your presentation will have embedded videos, require audio, or require opening links to external sites.
We understand, things change! Room facilitators on hand the day of the conference will have flash drives to transfer any updated presentation slides to our local repository. All files will be transferred to the BPE Conference Repository after the conference. Please let conference organizers know if you do not want your presentation archived for future access.
